Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality services to meet our customers’ expectations. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new purchases. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days and can be issued either as credits or direct bank deposits.
When Refunds Are Issued
Non-Delivery of Service: If you do not receive your service due to email delivery issues, please contact our Billing Department within 30 days. After this period, the service will be considered delivered.
Download & Access Issues: If you encounter problems downloading or accessing the service, please reach out to our Technical Support team. Refunds will not be issued for issues reported after 30 days.
Major Technical Issues: If there are significant errors with our service, contact our Technical Support team. We will aim to fix the issue within 72 hours. If the issue is not resolved, you may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement service. If access to your system is required for troubleshooting and is not provided, a refund may not be possible.
Service Not as Described: If the service does not match the description, please report the issue within 30 days, providing clear evidence. Refunds will not be issued based on unmet personal expectations.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card or bank transfer). Refund requests must include a valid reason along with your account details. For website-related services, client approval is required before a refund is processed.
